The other thing you will notice is that there are murals of rice harvests and art - exactly the kind of thing you'd expect at a top class Japanese restaurant.
2. The Food
Ok. so you've seen the ambience. What about the food? Well, one of the best menu items I've seen there is the buffet menu. There are 120 items on it! Can you believe that! You will find everything from sashimi, sushi and sumiyaki. I also found the Caliornia, Ebi Tempura and Spider hand rolls very nice. You can also try out the Gyuniku Shogatayaki. What's that, you ask? Its essentially delicious beef strips pan-friend in a delectable sauce and sprinkled with onions. Yummy!
3. The Service
You will notice that the service at the Minori Dining & Sake Bar is very professional and very prompt. Any empty dishes you have are cleared away very quickly and your glasses refilled. Sometimes you can even see the boss helping to serve customers - a nice touch, if you ask me.
Conclusion
On the whole, I'd say that the Minori Dining & Sake Bar is a 'must-visit' Japanese restaurant. It will offer you much, whether you are a kid or a grandfather. I also think the prices ($32++ for adults during dinner) is very reasonable given the quality of food here. Do pay a visit and let me know what you think!
