Hawker CentresOne of the long standing staples of the local food scene, the hawker centre is a traditional eating place found in housing estates like Ang Mo Kio and Clementi.
They offer a huge variety of food, from
satay, nasi lemak to fish and chips. I typically eat at these places with my family in the weekends.
FoodcourtsFoodcourts tend to be air-conditioned and sitting in shopping malls like Bugis Junction, Raffles City or Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
